**ALL RATES SUBJECT TO 13% HST**
- A deposit of $300.00/week is required on weekly bookings
- A deposit of $150.00 is required for weekend bookings
- Damage deposits are required for Holiday bookings
- July/Aug accommodations are weekly only (Sat. to Sat.)
- Pet accommodation is $25.00 (sorry, no cats)
* If 9 or 10 people add another $50.00/person to the rate
Deposit is refundable if received in writing 60 days prior to arrival. A $50.00 administration fee is reserved on all cancellations. No exceptions.
In the summer months of July
and August up to and including the
Labour Day weekend we only have weekly reservations.
After Labour Day thru June we have weekend
or 2 night or more reservations available.
