- A deposit of $250.00/week is required on week bookings
- A deposit of $100.00 is required for weekend bookings

* If 9 or 10 people add another $50.00/person to the rate
Deposit is refundable if received in writing 60 days prior to arrival. A $50.00 administration fee is reserved on all cancellations. No exceptions.
